New business centre

The business centre under development is currently called Lepa Centre. Soon it will be transformed into a four-storey retail and office building that, according to the vision and draft plan, will have a new modern look. Both the concept and the name of the centre will change. The updated centre will enrich the city of Pärnu as it is a new multi-purpose building where new business ideas will be created; it will also include service companies and provide opportunities for shopping.

Centre designed after your tastes

Currently, our centre does not yet have a name and the exact year of completion is also uncertain. We can see that Pärnu needs a different kind of business centre, one that has a name that the people will love and stores that will excite them, as well as custom-made offices that will bring new talent to Pärnu and allow creative new ideas to flow. We are developing a centre that will be in accordance with your tastes, not ours.

Location matters

We are located in the centre of Pärnu at Karja 4, right next to the Pärnu City Government – people will find their way here even without an invitation.

Modern is always IN

Experts in their field are included in the realisation of the renovation of the centre. AB Peil, headed by Ülo Peil, is responsible for the exterior of the building and Silikaat Kinnisvara with its experts will take care of the interior.
